What is Liv_in Vilnius coliving?

It is a modern accommodation solution based on the "everything is taken care of" philosophy. Here, tenants can enjoy both privacy and the company of a friendly community. A modern and cozy environment, free and functional spaces for work, entertainment, recreation and sports await you. Such a concept invites you to live differently and break the standards of classic rental culture.

What additional services are you offering?

Liv_in Vilnius offers a variety of additional services to ensure a comfortable life in the complex: ground and underground parking, storage rooms and bicycle stands, modern self-service laundry, apartment cleaning services, residence registration and etc. For those who do not want to experience difficulties while moving, we offer to purchase packages of textile and household items.

Who can live in these apartments?

Apartments, depending on their type, are designed for one or two adults (friends or a couple). Liv in Vilnius community is international, all young working and studying residents are welcome.

Can I have pets in the apartment?

Yes! Liv_in Vilnius is friendly to animals, so for an additional fee and after accepting rules for of their housing, we will gladly accept your pet.

How can I view at these apartments?

Contact us and our team will gladly show you not only apartments, coliving areas, but also will tell you about all of their features, and if you are unable to come, we invite you to see the apartments in the gallery and virtual tours.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price already includes your chosen apartments with furniture inventory, unlimited access to all areas of the dormitory 24/7 (recreation, entertainment, work and sports, outdoor terrace), available WI-FI throughout the complex and regular events and activities together with the community.

Is a deposit required for reservation?

Yes, 800 Eur deposit fee is paid when booking the apartment, which is refunded at the end of the contract.

Can I bring friends to my rented apartment?

Yes, however the tenants themselves take full responsibility for their guests.

Can I declare Liv_in Vilnius as my place of residence?

Yes, you can order this service when booking the apartment or through self-service portal.

Where can I wash my clothes?

You can take care of your laundry in the modern paid self-service laundry room on the ground floor of the building.

Can I smoke in my apartment?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the complex, except for special outdoor areas.

How do I book an apartment?

Simply choose the apartments you like, the desired date of moving in and fill out the registration form. After contract signing and paying, you will become part of the Liv_in Vilnius community! The first payment consists of a deposit of 800 Eur, 1 month rent and 1 month utility taxes.

For what term is the lease agreement signed?

We currently offer rental agreements from at least 1 month.

What is the price of the apartments?

The price depends on the type of apartment you choose and the rental period.

How do I move into the apartment?

Your move-in will be facilitated by an electronic key, which you will find in the Liv_in Vilnius app from 1 pm on the day of arrival. In addition, we provide magnetic cards. The administrators of the complex will contact you not later than 1 working day before your arrival and agree on the details.

What do I do if someone disturbing my life?

In our self-service app you will find a section labeled "Complaints" where you can send reports of faults, tenant misconduct, other issues. We will try to help you as soon as possible.

What if I exceed my contracted utility limits?

In this case a payment will be generated according the following tariffs: electricity 0.21 Eur / kWh, cold water 2.30 Eur / m³, hot water 6.50 Eur / m³.

What are the reception / administration opening hours?

What if I can't get to my apartment?

If the magnetic card is lost and / or the electronic key is not working please contact the administration on their working hours or the security company 1858 (from Lithuanian phone numbers) or f you are using phone number from your country (other than Lithuania), please call +37065009999 (from foreign phone numbers) at late hours and weekends. This service is paid.

When heating season starts?

Premises are started to be heated when the Vilnius city municipality announces the beginning of the heating season.

Will I be able to extend my lease?

You can extend the lease no later than 5 days before the date of departure, if the apartment is not reserved for another tenant at that time. We recommend concluding the longest possible lease agreements at once.

Can I terminate the contract before my contract is specified?

Yes, you can terminate the contract before the expiry of the lease term by notifying about it no earlier than 2 weeks in advance, but you will have to pay a one-month penalty.

What am I going to have to do on the day of the moving out?

You will have to check-out no later than 12:00 on the last day of the contract. You will be required to leave the apartments clean and tidy, and if we inspect the premises or inventory and find them damaged, we will deduct the the fees from the deposit accordingly. The magnetic card of the apartment has to be left in the designated mailbox at the reception.

When will my deposit be refunded?

The deposit or part of it is refunded within 25 business days after check-out, if all invoices were paid and no damage was made to the apartment and other property of the complex due to the fault of the tenant.
